Andreas Vatne Ellefsen is, on behalf of Value to the People AS, the data controller for the company’s processing of personal data.

Purpose of the processing
We process the information to be able to exercise our role as an employer, partner, supplier and service provider.
We are legally required to process some of the information. We process the other information to ensure that we can understand our users, customers, employees and partners, and to be able to design and provide targeted services.
The basis of the processing
Information about name, address, telephone, e-mail address is used to fulfil the purchase agreement. The basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the Personal Data Act – necessary for the fulfilment of the agreement. Where you have consented, the information may be used to provide you with information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone and SMS. The basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the Personal Data Act – consent. You can refuse to receive such information from us at any time. Personal data relating to invoices, accounts, salary payments and agreements are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the Personal Data Protection Regulation – legal obligation.
Collection of personal data
We store the personal data you have given to our employees in connection with your purchase. We do not use cookies on our website.
Disclosure of information to third parties
We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal data to others, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Deletion of personal data
If you have not interacted with us for 3 years, all information in our register is deleted. Interaction means that we have contacted you and you have responded, or that you have contacted us and we have responded.
Rights of the data subject
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information. Complaints can be made to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about processing in breach of the rules.
Information security
We secure your personal information by both physical and virtual access and access control, as well as by encrypting sensitive parts of the information provided.
